**AmorCraft Return and Refund Policy**

At AmorCraft, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to assist you efficiently.

**30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee**

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Non-Returnable Items**

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are crafted uniquely for you and, as such, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

**Damaged or Defective Items**

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at [support@amorcraftshop.com](mailto:support@amorcraftshop.com) with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

**Order Cancellations**

- **Standard Items**: Orders for standard items can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

- **Personalized Items**: Due to the custom nature of personalized products, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the production process begins, and cancellations may not be possible.

**Shipping Delays**

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding that shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

**Return Shipping Costs**

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
